I define success as someone who works hard for what they want.
Sebastian Stan has made a name for himself in the movie and t.v industry. Some of his most famous roles being The Winter soldier in the MCU, Jeff Gillooly in I Tonya, and Jefferson/Mad hatter from Once upon a time.
Skills for Success
Sebastian knew he loved acting from a young age. He would attend many acting camps growing up. He had to learn how to work hard and stay motivated. Being in that industry isn’t easy you have to get used to getting a lot of no’s. He also had to learn how to get his name out there so people would actually hire him. He has always been very dedicated and puts his all into every performance.
How They Used These Skills
He used his acting skills and dedication to get into Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the arts. This gave him the opportunity to spend a year abroad studying acting at the Shakespeare Globe Theatre in London England. He then became an American Citizen in 2002. He worked his way up from almost nothing to being a successful actor.
Challenges Overcome
Sebastian and his mother immigrated from Romania to Austria, during the Romanian Revolution, when Sebastian was only eight. After his mother was remarried they moved to New york. He had to overcome the fear of being in a completely different environment. Where he didn’t speak the same language.
